Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez spent a few days together in Canada last week -- and even adopted a puppy -- but now they're apart again.

The Bieb appears to be back in the states, while his gal stayed behind in Canada to continue her tour. Justin wrote today on his Twitter page: "chillin with and - - always keeping it honest and not on the bs"

Meanwhile, Selena is trying to get over a nasty cold and cuddling with her doggie Baylor for comfort. She tweeted last night: "After 12 hours of medicine, tea, 1374 cans of soup and throwing up right when I get off stage ending my night with Baylor watching friends is perfect. I can't thank you enough London for tonight I'm so sorry I was sick. I love you guys so much"
