Beliebers camped outside the ECHO arena to catch sight of the teen superstar before his sell out gig.

But it is thought that Justin will not be staying in Liverpool tonight and is planning to make a quick exit after the gig.

Fans told of their excitement as they waited outside the arena for their hero.

Lisa Carol, 21 from St. Helens, told the ECHO: Hes an absolute inspiration to me.

Ive followed him since the beginning and its not just the music its the story behind him and his rise to fame.

Thats wha! t makes him so special - you really feel like youve got to know him as he has grown up.

Ive already seen him twice before and Im seeing him twice in this tour.

Jayda King, 14 of Warrington, said: Justin is just beautiful, theres no other way of putting it.

His hair, his eyes, his voice, everything about him is amazing.

We even tried to catch a glimpse of him in Manchester the other day but we missed him.

Libby Pierce, 14 of Kirkby, added: Hes absolute perfection.

Its the most exciting thing, and were so lucky hes come back to Liverpool. Ive been looking forward to it for months.

The Canadian singer last performed in Liverpool in 2011, staying in the Hard Days Night Hotel.

He was trapped in the 700-a-night Paul McCartney suite for hours as hordes of fans stood outside, forcing police to close the road.

Police even had to deploy 50 officers to escort ambulances for fainting fans.

Arena chiefs said it was one of their quickest-selling shows.

Promotions manager Emma McHarrie said: Were delighted to be welcoming Justin Bieber back to ECHO arena as part of his 2013 tour.

Justin last played to a sell-out Liverpool crowd in 2011 and its no surprise that ticket demand for his February show was massive.

The star traveled today from Manchester where he has played two gigs at the MEN Arena, supported by Call Me Maybe singer Carly Rae Jepsen and Australian act Cody Simpson.
