Justin Bieber - New Justin Bieber Album Set For 2012

Can the hype surrounding Justin Bieber get much higher than it has already? You wouldn't have thought so, but the announcement of a new album to be released next summer will certainly put that theory to the test, as Mtv reports that 'Believe' - the follow up to 'My World 2.0' - will be on its way in 2012.

Bieber's manager SCOOTER BRAUN told Mtv, "I'm really excited for him. This kid can sing his ass off. He's coming into his own," going on to explain that the 17 year-old was keen to showcase his song writing abilities on the new album. "He is pretty adamant about writing most of the album, and he played me some stuff that he's been doing on his own. He wrote this amazing song that sounds like aJodecirecord," said Braun, referencing the popular mid-90s R n' B group.

Whether Bieber sees those comparisons is another matter, he'd in fact previously told Mtv that he had been looking to Justin Timberlake as his main influence for the new record, explaining "I'm trying to create a new sound that people aren't really used to hearing, so it might sound weird at first, but it's going to be like when Justin Timberlake did'FutureSex/LoveSounds.'"

Before all of this however, the young artist has a Christmas album coming out this winter; titled 'Under The Mistletoe,' which comes out on November 1st.
