On Friday Watch Justin Bieber Sing For Children's Hospital Patients was a top story. Here is the recap: (popmusiclife) Justin Bieber paid a very special surprise visit to a Children's Hospital on Tuesday to cheer up some of his fans.

Joining Justin was pal Sean Kingston, as the two toured the ward, met with parents and took photos with the kids. Bieber even sang a couple of songs, including his smash hit, "Baby," and his current single, "Mistletoe."
