Justin Bieber's Bad Biehabior: was His 'F-You' Shirt in Poor Taste?

In his most recent display of questionable taste, teen heartthrob Justin Bieber was spotted in L.A. on Friday, sporting a shirt that said, "F**k You! And f**k her too!" The shirt references the explicit version of Cee Lo Green's song "Forget You," but 17-year-old Bieber's decision to wear it in public is raising questions'"and eyebrows.

With his every move followed, tweeted, documented, and discussed by his obsessive band of "Beliebers," Justin may be at a turning point in his career. At 17-years-old, he's close to adulthood, yet his recent behavior may cost him some of his younger fans.

In May, fans caught a glimpse of a Justin's tattoo, which some regard as a departure from his formerly "wholesome" image. The tat, which spells "Yeshua" vertically down his ribcage, means "Jesus" in Hebrew. He later revealed that his father has a matching tat, and that the two got inked together. While it's certainly his decision and plenty of people are into body art, Bieber would do well to consider what message he's sending to his adoring public.

Most significantly, Bieber drew heavy criticism for his over-the-top PDA while vacationing in Hawaii with girlfriend Selena Gomez. The two were photographed kissing in the ocean, on a jet ski, while parasailing, and at the snack bar. In several shots, Justin! was gra bbing Selena's rear end, and in one picture Gomez was straddling Bieber while he held on to her butt. One fan commented on the pair's behavior, saying "Some things should stay behind closed doors, especially if you have young fans that look up to you."

Only time will tell if the singer's behavior will have any impact on his career. One commenter, however, says the T-shirt is the last straw. The concerned mother says she can't believe "Justin would even think it's ok knowing that he has little kids as fans. I know my daughter won't be listening to his music anymore" and that she "won't be spending [her money] on his movies, music, or T-shirts."

Last month, the singer announced that he was taking a month off to "think, pray, and just kind of grow up." Saying that he's been working hard and wanted to relax and hang out, he said, "I'm still growing up, and when you're working every day, you don't really get a chance to figure out who you are." We applaud his good intentions and support his efforts, but we're wondering how much praying he's really doing in a "F**k You" T-shirt.
