Justin Bieber cancels Oman show

Teen pop sensation Justin Bieber has cancelled an upcoming show in Oman.

The Baby hitmaker was due to take his beleaguered Believe world tour to the Middle Eastern state on May 6 for a show in the capital city Muscat.

However, he has now ditched the date and offered refunds to disappointed fans.

Bieber has added a second show in Dubai on May 5 in lieu of the axed Oman gig.

The cancellation is the latest blow to Bieber's world tour following a rocky leg in the UK during which he faced stinging criticism for leaving fans waiting for almost two hours at a show in London.

He also collapsed backstage during a later gig in the British capital and ended his trip by becoming embroiled in a spat with a photographer prior to his last London gig.

He also axed a concert in Portugal just days after wrapping up the problematic UK leg.
