Justin Bieber's adventures on the road are getting newsworthy again.

The paparazzo facing charges stemming from a high-speed July freeway chase involving the pop star caught a break Wednesday: The judge in the case tossed two counts after ruling the state's anti-paparazzi law unconstitutional, L.A. Now reports.

Los Angeles city prosecutors had filed charges against 30-year-old photographer Paul Raef for allegedly chasing Bieber and then speeding off when police tried to pull over both drivers. Bieber, who was on the 101 in his chrome-colored Fisker Karma hybrid sports car, was ticketed for allegedly driving more than 80 mph and and reckless driving.

Raef still faces charges of reckless driving and failing to obey a peace officer.

Bieber on the other hand hasn't been so lucky, according to TMZ, getting a ticket Tuesday evening in West Holl! ywood after being pulled over on suspicion of making an unsafe left turn. He was ticketed for that infraction as well as having an expired registration on the car -- a high-powered white Ferrari.

It didn't slow the 18-year-old down Wednesday, however. A photographer caught the Biebs stretching his legs -- see what we mean -- while piloting a $20,000 Ducati motorcycle down the 405 Freeway.
