Justin Bieber pulled over by cops again, shares picture (Photo)

Justin Bieber was recently pulled over by police in Los Angeles for the second time in a little more than four months.

The 18-year-old singer was stopped by cops in the West Hollywood area on Tuesday for making an unsafe left turn and was cited for having expired registration for his Ferrari, according to E! Online. Bieber has not commented about the incident, but he did share a blurry Instagram photo of what appears to be a patrol car.

"STOP GETTING PULLED OVER! I bet they're pulling you over to meet you. I would do that," one of his fans wrote in response to his posting.

The singer was last pulled over in July for driving over the speed limit on a Los Angeles highway. Bieber, who was at the time behind the wheel of a Fisker Karma sports sedan, had called 911 himself to report that he was being chased by paparazzi.

One of the celebrity photographers pursuing him was weeks later charged with following a vehicle too closely and reckless driving, with the intent to capture pictures for commercial gain and "failing to obey the lawful order of peace officer." The incident marked the first implementation of 2010 legislature that imposes additional penalties on paparazzi driving dangerously in order to obtain photos or videos for commercial gain.

On Wednesday, a Los Angeles judge dismissed two counts of anti-paparazzi charges that were filed against the photographer, saying that the city should have! increase! d penalties for reckless driving instead of targeting photographers, according to KABC Television, OTRC.com's parent company.

Bieber, who is still making headlines over his recent breakup with actress and singer Selena Gomez, is currently in Los Angeles rehearsing for his performance at the 2012 American Music Awards.
