Justin Bieber Dismisses Birthday Rumors, Continues to Dress Like Vanilla Ice

(PacificCoastNews | Bauer Griffin)When Justin Bieber Twitter-complained that he'd just suffered his "worst birthday" a few days ago, people assumed it had something to do with his entourage's decision to ditch his circus-themed birthday bash at a London club within a matter of minutes. By the following day, there were reports that Bieber and his crew left London's Cirque du Soir nightclub because the staff had refused to let Bieber's underage friends in including Jaden Smith, 14, and Justin's rumored new flame, Ellapaige Roberts-Clarke.

Despite an official statement from Cirque du Soir confirming the reports, Justin swears the rumors aren't true. On Instagram Sunday, the singer wrote:
