Justin Bieber gets love from One Direction after London woes

Hey, Justin Bieber, One Direction has your back.

In a turn of events that surely has every teeny-bopper and tween heart aflutter around the world, members of the British boy band have backed up the Biebs after a trip to their homeland pretty much rocked the singer's world.

The YouTube sensation-turned-pop star got a fair share of media scrutiny during the London leg of his "Believe" tour, which included ridiculed outfits, a lackluster 19th birthday, showing up two hours late to a concert, a run-in with a paparazzo, collapsing during a show and criticism over a Portugal concert cancellation.

"Although I don't know him personally, I do wish the press would take it easy on @." 1D memberLouis Tomlinson tweeted.

"I really do empathise with him, I don't see anything out of character in comparison to any other teenagers I know," he added.

His comments were retweeted by his One Direction counterpart Zayn Malik, who added "what a dude man :D ha got your back bro!"

Bieber's manager Scooter Braun insisted that there was nothing wrong with the Biebs, despite his outbursts on Twitter that included a lashing of the media and mopey updates.

"There's nothing wrong with him. He's in a great place" Braun told E! News. He added that the Portugal concert was canceled a while ago because of difficulties moving the massive tour production to the city.

"It has nothing to do with anything other than that," Braun said. "Tell everyone Justin is good, really good."

If you say so.
