Report: Justin Bieber Smokes Pot, Hangs Out with a Blonde at Hotel Party (PICS)

Selena Gomez probably won't be too happy about this one. Looks like Justin Bieber might have been having a little too much fun in the first few days of 2013 and there's photo evidence. TMZ published pictures Friday night of the 18-year-old star holding what looked to be a marijuana joint in his hand. The kicker? In some of the shots he's hanging out with a girl who clearlyisn't Gomez.

The pictures were supposedly taken at a Newport Beach hotel room on January 2. Also present were the star's new BFF, Lil Twist, and a blond girl, who TMZ suggested spent the night in the star's hotel room. Of course, there's been no confirmation of any of the publication's claims. However, there are pic! tures of the Biebs with a joint-like object in his hand and other pictures of him sitting next to said gal, whose face has been blurred out in the posted images.

There's also been a flood of recent rumors about the star's pot use and this appears to be the first evidence. Or it could just be salvia, right Miley Cyrus? Bieber's camp has yet to comment on the TMZ pictures and claims.

Worth noting: The snapshots were taken one day after a photographer was killed while trying to capture photos of the superstar speeding in his Ferrari. However, the Biebs was not actually in the sports car at the time. The photog, Chris Guerra, apparently insisted he'd seen Bieber smoking pot in a phone call made just hours before his death.
