The pop singer brings his perky persona to the puppet party as he joins the joyously ginger Ron Weasley young Mr. Kringle and his pal Topper the Penguin, the stars of Rankin-Bass's holiday classic Santa Claus Is Comin' to Town, for some holiday help, reindeer games and, you know, a funky jam session.
The song is the latest single from Bieber's Christmas release, Under the Mistletoe, and the TV classics, which are perennial December programming, are also available on a new DVD set The Original Christmas Classics.
