Justin Bieber, 18, wants to be open about his luv for his first grown-up gf, older lady Selena Gomez, 19. "There's no way to hide the relationship completely," Justin tells Complex mag, "because then it would be unfair to us."

But S.Go comes a distant second to Justin's real love: being perfect. The Canadian boy singer rambles on about his exacting standards as an artist and pledges to make his next album, Believe, the best. "I feel like it's my responsibility to be the greatest I can be," he says. "When I release my fragrance, I want it to be the No. 1 fragrance. I don't want it to be the ninth-best-selling." Justin's commitment outstrips even the love of a good woman. "I give up a personal life. I give up my friends and family to pursue what I love and to make my fans happy," says Justin. He also reveals that he does a little rapping on his new single, "Boyfriend," which will be out Monday.

But Jay-Z can relax: His career is safe. "I just rap for fun," says Justin. "It's nothing to take seriously."

Kate Hudson is married. Not.

Goldie Hawn denies ever telling London's Evening Standard that her daughter, Kate Hudson, and her fiance, Muse front man Matt Bellamy, were married in a secret ceremony.

Hawn tweeted that the newspaper "twisted the truth. . . . Baby they never get it right!!"

Beyonc to launch tour in A.C.

New mum Beyonc will open her new tour at the new Revel in Atlantic City with shows on May 25, 26, and 27. Revel, which touts itself as the ultimate in cool resort-casinos, opens its doors April 2.

Nobel laureates honor . . . Sean Penn

The Crossing Guard director Sean Penn will receive the 2012 Peace Summit Award for his relief work in Haiti in the months since the nation was rocked by a 2010 earthquake. Penn will be honored at the 12th World Summit of Nobel Pea! ce Laure ates next month in Chicago, which boasts an impressive guest list, including Poland's Lech Walesa and the Dalai Lama.

Melissa Gilbert: I'll go wild on 'DWTS'

"I've never been cast as the hot leading lady," says Little House on the Prairie star Melissa Gilbert, 47, about being cast on this season's Dancing With the Stars. "That [is] what I want people to see. People are going to see this wild side of me."

Gilbert, who has been paired with Maksim Chmerkovskiy, promises to wear revealing frocks. "The motto for our team is, 'If you've got it, flaunt it,' " she says.

Lady Gaga: Goodbye, media. Bye!

Lady Gaga told Oprah on Sunday she plans to drop out of sight so she can hunker down and create. Create. Create!

She says she won't do any interviews for "a very long time." Adds her Gaganess: "The latest thing I do is I don't read a damn thing. . . . No press, no television."

Ms. Gaga then said freaky things. Really freaky: She wants to be a suburban hausfrau. "I want kids. I want a soccer team, and I want a husband."

Lenny Kravitz on character's sexuality

Rocker and sex symbol Lenny Kravitz says he's taken aback when fans assume his Hunger Games character, Katniss' stylist Cinna, is gay. "I don't see that he is or isn't," Lenny, 47, tells celeb blog Celebuzz.com. "He's a designer, he's a stylist, he has gold eyeliner - that doesn't mean anything either way."

Lenny does admit his Cinna was inspired by his friend, "a dancer who is bisexual."

Says Lenny, "He was a lot of inspiration for my speech pattern and my rhythm, and kind of the way I sauntered in and out."

No jail time for Brooke Mueller

Last week's rumors were true: Brooke Mueller, 34, will not have to serve time behind bars on her cocaine possession charge stemmin! g from a December arrest at an Aspen nightclub. Charlie Sheen's ex finalized a plea deal Monday in a Colorado court. She gets 12 months of probation.

Mueller, who just completed a rehab stint, also must continue drug counseling.

Brooke's mansion with a view

Brooke Mueller can celebrate her freedom in her new manse: RadarOnline says Brooke, whose twin sons, Bob and Max, will turn 4 on May 30, has bought Spice Girl Mel Brown's suburban L.A. estate for $3.3 mil.
