Justin Bieber and Katy Perry among winners at MuchMusic Awards

Justin Bieber is "very proud" of Carly Rae Jepsen for winning big at the MuchMusic Video Awards.

The emerging singer walked away with three accolades at last night's ceremony in Canada - including Video of the Year for her breakout hit Call Me Maybe.

Carly also scooped the fan-voted UR Fave Video of the Year and Most Watched Video of the Year.

Justin - who was also honoured at the event - has always supported his fellow Canadian artist, and took to his Twitter page to gush about her recent success.
