Tuned In: Justin Bieber Blames Vomit on Canadian Eating Habits

(Getty)Justin Bieber has blamed his onstage puke-fest on a cultural thing. Demi Lovato is thankful her fans don't expect her to be a Barbie doll. Nas told a couple thousand people about how he really wishes he could bone his ex-wife again. Glen Beck is a Muse fan, and the Smiths are never, ever, ever getting back together.

It's a Canadian ThingIf you've forgotten about that time Justin Bieber puked onstage in Arizona, here's a helpful gif to jumpstart your memory. Bieber told TMZ Tuesday that he wasn't kidding when he tweeted "Milk was a bad choice" after the show, saying, "Basically, in Canada, we like to have spaghetti and milk. I don't know if you guys do that. But, I don't know if it was such a good idea before my show, but I had a big glass of milk before my show and I was feeling it like five songs in."

Huh. Is that really what they do in Canada? Really? It seems kind of unlikely when the first Google search result for "spaghetti and milk" is this. But it's pretty cute of Justin to blame his poor eating habits on cultural differences.

Demi Doesn't Dig BarbiesDemi Lovato paused during her performance at the Z Festival in Rio de Janeiro for a contemplative moment about her struggle with body image issues after a fan threw a Barbie doll onstage.

"I think it's really funny, somebody threw a Barbie doll onstage. But it's kind of ironic because I spent my whole life trying to be this and trying to look like this. And guess what? I'm not this. And it means the wor! ld to me that you guys still love me no matter what," Lovato announced before she tossed the Barbie aside.

Not the Smoothest Way to ReconnectNas and Kelis split over two years ago, but the critically acclaimed rapper still holds a major torch for his ex-wife. He offered a London audience some major TMI on Monday when he told them, "You know, I texted her the other night. I said, 'Can we make love one more time?' Seriously!"

Nas also confessed that the breakup was painful: "That pain is real y'all. That shit is real."

Kid Rock Is Getting PoliticalFour years ago, Kid Rock loudly criticized celebrities who publicly endorsed political candidates, explaining to CMT Insider, "I truly believe that people like myself, who are in a position of entertainers in the limelight, should keep their mouth shut on politics . . . Because at the end of the day, I'm good at writing songs and singing. What I'm not educated in is the field of political science. And so for me to be sharing my views and influencing people of who I think they should be voting for ... I think would be very irresponsible on my part."

Apparently Kid's changed his mind some, as his new album Rebel Soul gets, well, political. Rock told MTV, "I'm just so fed up with political correctness. People are so angry at each other for their viewpoints. You know, yeah, I'm a little right wing, I'm gonna vote for Mitt Romney, but that's where my politics end, speaking to people who listen to my music, you know?"

But don't worry if you vote Obama, Rock will probably s! till hit ! the strip club with you for some political discourse. "But if you're not [going to vote for Romney], it's OK, we can still have a conversation and be friends and maybe enlighten each other on some views. I think thinking differently is what makes this country great."

Worth nothing: Kid Rock's new album features a song called "Cucci Galore." America is great.

Glenn Beck: Ultimate Muse FanGlenn Beck and Muse's Matt Bellamy actually have more in common than you might think they've both been called conspiracy theorists, for one but the pair don't see eye-to-eye politically. Bellamy recently gave an interview to the Observer's Dorian Lynskey in which he discussed right-wing America, insisting, "In the US the conspiracy theory subculture has been hijacked by the right to try to take down people like Obama and put forward right-wing libertarianism."

Beck responded to Bellamy's statements with a strange, gushy, rambling open letter in which he insists he'll remain a Muse fan: "To me your songs are anthems that beg for choruses of unity and pose the fundamental question facing the world today can man rule himself?" Read the full text here.

Smiths Reunion: In Your DreamsRumors of a Smiths reunion are completely untrue, according to Johnny Marr's manager Joe Moss, who told Rolling Stone this week, "The Smiths are never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever ever, ever going to reunite ever." Morrissey's rep confirmed Marr's statement. When asked why The Smiths were being so melodramatic over forever, the rep stated, "You'd have to ask Morrissey that. There's got to be a story there, and maybe one day it will be told."

What Would Pinkie Pie Do?Last week, Prince of Party Andrew W.K. made his much-hyped appearance at Canterlot Gardens, a My Little Pony convention in Strongsville, Ohio, where he was cheered by a sizeable crowd of self-described "bronies" for over an hour.

He explained of his identification with the brony cause, "A lot of times adults confuse growing up or becoming mature with a sense of seriousness, a sense of boringness, a sense of just stupidness. Lameness. But really the great thing about being adult... is that you just have more power."

You Haven't Seen This YetPortland's Menomena unveiled the new music video for their single "Plumage," which depicts a "very strange Mexican standoff... ridiculous and awesome." Director Trevor McMahan described the clip as "the ultimate illustration of the beautiful conflict in the band's music that aural struggle between instruments and ideas that is complex, satisfying, and always unmistakably Menomena."

We're just glad it's lighter than the rest of Menomena's latest record, Moms, which is unbelievably intense. The band is currently on tour in the U.S.
