Justin Bieber appeared on a balcony at the Hotel Copacabana Palace and sang to his fans before heading out to his show in Brazil. Apparently the Bieb can't put out a new holiday album and expect all the news to be positive the same day...

Now, before you get upset and think Bieber's going to be a dad, his rep has already put a stop to the buzz (via TMZ). "While we haven't yet seen the lawsuit, it's sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims," his rep said in a statement.

The statement continued: "We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations."

Apparently the woman claimed she had sex with the 17-year-old star backstage at one of his concerts and became pregnant.

The Bieb hasn't addressed the rumors himself and probably won't. Besides, he's getting ready for h! is appea rance on Dancing with the Stars tonight.
