First we assured you that it seemed very unlikely Justin Bieber was the father of Mariah Yeaters 3-month-old baby.

Now we can tell you that not only is the pop superstar going to take a DNA test to prove it his high-profile posse of lawyers is also planning to file a huge lawsuit against Yeater, once Bieber has returned from the MTV Europe Music Awards in Belfast.

Its not that Justin or his attorneys expect to get a dime out of Yeater she doesnt really have any money its just to send a message to people who might think about trying to pull a stunt like this on a famous celebrity in the future, said a close Bieber buddy Sunday.

Meanwhile, dont believe those stories that Selena Gomez dumped Bieber over that alleged baby-fathering tale.

The couple still are very much together, but Gomez reportedly was extremely upset about all the Bieber Baby headlines again learning first-hand how the fame game can bring a lot of ugly baggage along with it.

LOOSE ENDS: Even though Kim Kardashians sudden flight to Minneapolis this past weekend included a meeting with her estranged husband, Kris Humphries, and the pastor who married them less than three months ago, dont look for a reconciliation.

According to someone extremely close to the! Kardash ian clan, Kims intent was to bring an amicable conclusion to this mess and convince Humphries to keep mum about the couples 72-day marriage.

While the Kardashian-crafted pre-nuptial agreement technically nets her NBA player hubby nothing if they were married less than five years its said Kim will pay Kris a substantial chunk of change to prevent any future tell-all magazine stories or book deals he might be offered.

MEL MAKES MOVE: Hollywood gossips are whispering about the strong similarity at least physically between Mel Gibsons new galpal, Alphas star Azita Ghanizada, and his long-estranged ex, Oksana Grigorieva, with whom hes fought over money and custody rights regarding their daughter, Lucia.

Ghanizada, 31, is a native of Afghanistan and, during some of their serious moments, has been overheard briefing Gibson on her take on the war and political realities in her native land.
