Justin Bieber - Justin Bieber Storms To Us Billboard Number One

Justin Bieber is winning on two fronts this week so it would seem, as his lawyers seem to have Mariah Yeater, mother of his supposed child, running scared whilst at the same time his Christmas album 'Under The Mistletoe' looks set to crash in at number one in the US Billboard Charts. It'll be the 17 year-old's second chart topper in a row following 2010's 'My World 2.0'.

To chart news first and Mtv.com reports that Bieber's Christmas album - which features collaborations on well known originals with the likes of Usher, Busta Rhymes and Boyz Ii Men - has already sold more than 210,000 copies in its first week, with second place 'Ambition' by rapper Wale languishing in second place on 164,000 copies and third place Miranda Lambert on 133,000 copies. Bieber's third album proper is due out next summer and has the title 'Believe'.

Meanwhile, the mega star seems pretty confident that he's not, in fact, the father of Yeater's three month old child as she allegedly claims he is and, ahead of his paternity test, the mother of one told The Insider, according to Entertainmentwise, that she was "very scared" having gone public with the allegation. "I'm scared. I was very hesitant [to file the suit]. This is a very serious matter [and] it had to be brought to his attention - to everyone's [attention]", although obviously we can't say who is and isn't telling the truth, the confidence very much seems to be with camp Bieber.
