Justin Bieber said it best during his acceptance speech for "Top Social Artist" at the Billboard Music Awards this past weekend he wouldn't be here if it weren't for his fans. So, to celebrate Bieber's upcoming Billboard Magazine cover (which will be his third), we're putting the power in your hands and giving his fans the chance to decide which photo - each shot by famed photographer Ben Watts -- we use on the cover .

Here's how to vote:
