Tuned In: Justin Bieber Is a High School Graduate With Expensive Tastes
Justin Bieber has been to more Vanity Fair parties than he has proms, but he has a high school degree. The Canadian pop phenom told Australia's Daily Telegraph, "I just finished high school. I passed my testI'm free! It was hard doing school and work every day."
Many child stars opt out of a high school education once they hit the big leagues, but Justin wanted to make his mother proud. "That was something my mom really wanted me to do, so I had to do it for her."
But Justin admits he's not really into books: "I mean, this kind of lifestyle has given me a different perspective on life. I've been able to travel the world. At school, usually you have to do a lot of writing and reading. I'm ! really n ot into that stuff. I like to be out there."
Justin's already able to afford $20,000 necklaces, so it's unsurprising that he has zero plans for higher education. Besides, we're pretty sure some Canadian university will dole out an honorary degree by the time he hits 25.As predicted, Justin Bieber's "Boyfriend" music video broke the record for the most views within a 24 hour period (about 8 million), despite the fact that many fans complained about its sheer abundance of clichs.
